I'm one of those guys that just loves to listen to music. In the car, in the lounge room at home, jogging around the block, even lying in bed at night, I just love something going through my head all the time. Apart from the usual girl stuff of course.
Having tried most of the gadgets to make this happen I was facinated to get some great info on the latest Mp3 players to hit the streets, trouble was I knew sweet nothing about any of them at the time.
My friends gave me a few tips about what some of these machines were capable of and the kind of performance I could expect for the money that I could afford to pay.
The trouble was that after I decided on the type of mw3 player I wanted to make my own, what I could afford to pay, wouldn't even come close to a down payment on what I had in mind.

You see I'm a top of the range kind of guy and I go for top of the range stuff. When I buy something, I want the best I can afford at the time. I want it to be filled with all the bells, whistles, buttons, and anything else that is currently in existence, even though, some features I'd probably never even use. It's just nice to have them there at your finger tips if you should ever get the inclination to take them for a run if you know what I mean.
So, having definitely decided on the model I wanted, which incidentally, had more gadgets and gismos that a body could possibly ask for, I did a little shopping around for prices. Only then did I go onto shock!

Looking at the prices of some of the bran new, fresh out of the cardboard box, mp3 players around, I realized that the models that I had in mind were a little over and above my head. Not only that, I couldn't even come up with a down payment. Thing are tight at the moment you see. Sometimes I get the feeling my girlfriend thinks I'm related to Rockefeller.
It was then I decided that, if I wanted an mp3 player that gave me more bang for my buck, I'd be better off settling for something used but still good. That way I'd still make my dream come true and maybe even leave a little in my pocket.

I went to my favorite place to shop which is eBay and I found a few mp3 players that were pretty much the types of players that I'd already set my heart on.
Funny that when you think you can't afford something it just makes you all the more determined to get your hot sweaty little hands on it. Anyway when I got to eBay I was pleasantly surprised to be able to go through a good selection of my dream mp3 player at very affordable prices that compared very well with something brand new straight out of the box. So instead of having to pay what I hadn't got anyway, I saw a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.

Anyway I came across a great model, almost exactly identical to the one I'd already set my heart on. It was the whole box and dice with all the extras, and I just went ahead and bought it at the 'buy it now' price.
So the outcome was, I got what I wanted, I got a great deal on the mp3 player of my choice, I just love it, and above everything else.......I'm a Happy Puppy! Play that funky music Baby!
