How Do I Upload Music From My Mp3 Player To My Windows Media Player Or Itunes?

I got a new computer and a new iPod and I would like to transfer my music from my old mp3 player to my new iPod but dunno how. Please help. Thanks.

If you get you music from lime wire it automatically gos to itunes, and for WMP make sure your usb cable plug is connected, go to the left side of you computer were were it has the name of your ipod/mp3 then drag it to sync and press start sync..hope this helped
